Aptamer Drug Conjugate (ApDC) refers to the coupling of aptamers with drugs (small molecules, biomolecules, etc.), utilizing the affinity of nucleic acids for their specific targets to achieve targeted drug delivery. ApDC has advantages such as high stability, low immunogenicity, good tissue permeability, and easy engineering. The coupling of aptamers with small molecules mainly takes three forms: covalent coupling, nucleic acid synthesis, and physical interactions. Biosyntech can provide the first two types of services by modifying active groups such as amino, thiol, or cyclooctyl (DBCO) to form covalent coupling, such as coupling MMAE, paclitaxel, etc; 5FU and Gem can also be fused with aptamers through chemical synthesis.
