Standard siRNA synthesis and siRNA design

Biosyntech has rich design experience and can design siRNA based on the target gene name, GeneBank ID, and species provided by customers. For human, mouse, and rat genes, at least one pair of siRNA can effectively inhibit the expression of the target gene (knocking down efficiency of 70% or above). If the silencing effect is not achieved, it will be redesigned once for free.

Notes:

Target gene siRNA: chemically synthesized unmodified double stranded siRNA.

FAM NC siRNA: fluorescently labeled NC siRNA, and the transfection efficiency of siRNA was detected by fluorescence imaging system.

NC siRNA: NC siRNA, universal sequence.

PC siRNA: Target gene GAPDH (Species: Human Origin), used to verify the silencing effect of the synthesized siRNA and the feasibility of the test system.

siRNA product instructions:

siRNA products are attached to the wall of Cryogenic Storage Tube in dry powder or solid form. Before use, centrifuge (6000 rpm, 1 min), then open the vial cap and add the required buffer solution or enzyme free water. Cover the vial cap and shake well before centrifugation. Long term storage should be kept below -20 ℃ and avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

siRNA transfection: The general working concentration of siRNA is 1-100nM, and it needs to be used according to the transfection reagent instructions. Biosyntech can provide corresponding synthesis reports for the product, including information on molecular weight, volume of solution diluted to 100uM, etc. The transfection process is as follows (for reference only):
