CpG adjuvant synthesis
CpG ODN，CpG oligonucleotides (CpG ODN) are a type of immune regulatory synthetic oligonucleotide that specifically stimulates Toll like receptor 9 (TLR-9), induces cellular and humoral immunity, and enhances the body's immune response. They are usually injected into animals together with antigens or pre injected, enhancing the immune system's responsiveness through non-specific mechanisms, thereby improving the efficacy and persistence of vaccines (see the mechanism of action in the figure below).

CpG ODNs are generally divided into three categories: A, B, and C. Their structural characteristics and immune effects are different, and Beixin Biology can provide three types of CpG ODNs belonging to multiple genera.
